At Fobos.tech, we are committed to continuously raising our professional standards and building partnerships based on knowledge and trust. Today, we are pleased to share two key milestones that define the direction of our platform’s development: the appointment of Dr. Aleksandra Wood to our Scientific Board and the commencement of our first collaboration with a clinic in Iceland.
New Expertise in the Scientific Board: Dr. Aleksandra Wood
We are proud to welcome Dr. Aleksandra Wood to the Fobos Scientific Board. Dr. Wood is a clinical psychologist and behavior analyst with extensive international clinical and research experience.
Dr. Wood holds a PhD in Behavior Analysis and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Her expertise is backed by prestigious certifications, including EuroPsy (ID: PL-679807-202510) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Her professional journey has spanned Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
In her practice, Aleksandra focuses on supporting children and families, particularly in the areas of neurodiversity (autism, ADHD), learning differences, and anxiety and depressive disorders. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on their scientific foundations.
Research Perspective Dr. Wood’s research background is particularly valuable for Fobos.tech. Her current research explores the use of behavioral indicators and wearable sensors to better understand and monitor sensory overload. This expertise directly contributes to the technological evolution of our platform, allowing us to develop tools that are even better suited to the needs of digital diagnostics.
Expansion into the Icelandic Market: Collaboration with Litla KMS
Fobos.tech is gaining the trust of specialists beyond Poland. We are excited to announce that Litla KMS (Litla Kvíðameðferðarstöðin) has become the first clinic in Iceland to implement our system.
Litla KMS (www.litlakms.is) is a highly regarded center specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Their team assists children and adults in managing anxiety, prioritizing modern and effective therapeutic methods. The choice of our technology by Icelandic experts is a significant signal that Fobos meets the high standards of psychological care prevalent in Nordic countries.
Summary
The addition of Dr. Aleksandra Wood to our Scientific Board and our first implementation in Iceland are steps that strengthen the substantive foundations of Fobos.tech. Through collaboration with distinguished experts and international centers, we continue to provide solutions that effectively support the work of therapists and the recovery process for patients.
